The final concert of the season will feature the winner of the most recent Hilton Head Piano Competition. The pianist will present a solo recital the first half of the concert, and after the intermission will be joined by members of the Forsyth Ensemble for a work from the standard chamber music repertoire. Along with pianist Ran Dank, the group performed the Schubert “Trout” quintet at the last concert of the 07/08 season to great acclaim. Violinist Terry Moore, his wife cellist Sarah Schenkman and violist Gretchen Frazier are members of the Hilton Head Orchestra and the Savannah Orchestra. Mr. Moore is the concert master of both.
